Black Mountain Consulting LLC (Black Mountain) is an Oregon-based woman-owned, emerging small business providing environmental consulting, engineering support, project development and management services across the Pacific Northwest. We are experienced in providing integrated services from conceptual design through field implementation. Black Mountain was started by a core group of professionals who have worked together as a team for many years and who learned early on that success comes from understanding and respecting the needs of our clients.

The goal of Black Mountain is to continually and completely satisfy our customer requirements.  By understanding our customers current and future needs, we are able to deliver thoughtful, cost-effective products that meet the needs of both our clients and the regulations they are working under. We believe that in treating our projects as non-commodity work, we are able to provide the best solutions that make sense for the goals of our clients.
